Great digs in convenient location Positive: Fantastic loft apartment. Very stylish and comfortable. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Great Heights location near Downtown and Ybor. Attentive customer service- everything communicated clearly and promptly.

Very dope space, owner very thoughtful but needs to work on her communication skills when seeing if any rules of the pro Positive: Loved the interior of the loft very well thought out design. Negative: Extremely thin walls. Also the host went about confronting a noise complaint by management that wasn’t true the wrong way. Went from accusing me of having a party to oh just making sure it wasn’t my unit. (Long story short I was at gym working out and got a call from host, now mind you up to this point all communication came through the booking app message center, this particular day she calls. Start conversation off with how is yall stay, I informed I am a solo traveler. She proceeds to say management got a complaint that the person in my unit had a party last night. I informed I don’t know how they got that info but it was not true, I don’t party drink or smoke. She then proceeded to change from accusing to oh I was just trying to make sure in wasn’t my unit because someone car got keyed and they trying to hold me responsible. Now mind you it’s a camera in the hallway leading to unit so it was working they could’ve easily reviewed to see where the traffic for a party was going. My whole point don’t accuse me then change story when I say that incorrect information, start by asking “hey one of the unit had a party and I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t my unit due to that’s against the rules.” Lastly while I was out she entered the unit and how I know is doors were closed that were opened when I left and then I get a message from her this time through the booking app “ hey I left some coffee creamy by the door for you” so this experience ended just being uncomfortable and I was ready for my trip to end. Probably never due a short term rental stay again after this
